We collect booking contact details, service preferences, transaction records, loyalty information and communications required to operate the salon.
Data is used to schedule appointments, prevent booking conflicts, process payments, deliver receipts and notifications, administer loyalty benefits, comply with accounting obligations and improve service.
Access is restricted by staff role. We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared with payment, email or hosting providers only where required to deliver the service.
